ball polishing mechanical-chemical polishing process
A polished surface - almost like chrome is caused by striking the ground of material with a hard medium (balls of stainless steel) with the spezific form of this medium an eben surface will also be achieved in very narrow radii.

the process is applicable to aluminium and similar soft materials
 
trowalisieren (parts up to a size of max. 150 x 300 x 300 mm - the volumetric capacity is 800l)
the several parts will be processed in ahorizontal-belt-workpiece-dryer or a round-hutch-granulate-dryer

gentle and even flash-removal of the workpiece
glass-bead-blasting
ceramics-bead-blasting 
the workpiece is blasted with glass-beads or ceramics-beads through nozzles  for parts with high optical demands, but also as preparative for chrome-plating and similar processes

sand blasting contaminations (like scales, casting skin or similar) are
removed sparingly.
